- Responding to telephone calls within two working days
- Responding to all letters within 10 working days
- Responding to all complaints within five working days
- Following all procedures within First Choice policies and procedures
- Holding an annual review day for staff and management committee members to study First Choice’s work priorities and service-user feedback
- Reviewing all quality standards annually
